![]() I'm a very novice Calibre user and just understand the basics, but I thought I had this Kindle Colections plugin finally figured out. So it looks like something from Calibre is making it onto Paperwhite, it's just not showing up. Other information - when I explore the files on the Kindle Paperwhite they are: The sort by "Collections" is not a clickable option and if I press and hold on a book and try to add it to a collection it tells me there are no collections on the Kindle. I like KCC instead of Calibre for manga files because Calibre tends to insert weird white spaces in between pages and the metadata is normally messed up. But when I eject my Paperwhite and restart it, there are no collections on the Paperwhite. Augby Darrell Spencer The Kindle does not have support for CBR/CBZ, so you will have to convert them to MOBI, which is one of the main formats all Kindle models recognize. I also clicked on "Edit Kindle Collections Manually" to verify the books were in their respective collections. It showed all the collections were created on the Paperwhite. I connected the Paperwhite and utilized Kindle Collections. When I received my new Paperwhite2 yesterday I re-ran the Calibre Welcome Wizard and changed the selection to Paperwhite. I have been using Kindle Collections to create and transfer collections to my Kindle Keyboard. However, you can at least read PDF comics on your Kindle device. I just switched from Kindle Keyboard to PW yesterday. Kindles such as the Oasis, Voyage and Paperwhite don’t support CBZ or EPUB comic files. I thought Kindle Collections on Calibre was working on Paperwhite now but maybe I'm mistaken. #1 glossel 11-06-2013, 08:35 PMHi! I've been doing some reading on here and I'm confused.
